How to Register for Pickleball Leagues in Reno

CourtReserve Step-by-Step Guide

Our rotational pickleball leagues are managed through CourtReserve, our scheduling system.

Because CourtReserve requires a login, you won’t see a public “all leagues” page. This guide walks you through the exact process so you can register quickly and without confusion.

Step 1: Log In or Create Your CourtReserve Account

Go to CourtReserve and log in.

If you don’t yet have an account, you’ll create one in under a minute. During setup, you’ll choose a membership type:

• Free Guest Membership
  Allows you to create an account and register for leagues.
• Quarterly or Annual Membership
  Provides league discounts and other benefits for regular players.

You can start with the free option and upgrade later if you decide to play often.

Step 2: Find the Leagues Area

Once logged in:

1. Tap Leagues in the main navigation
2. Select List
3. You’ll now see all available leagues

Step 3: Register for Your League

1. Review the league format, level, and schedule
2. Click Register
3. Continue until you reach the payment screen
4. Complete payment

You’ll receive a confirmation email, and your league will now appear under:

Leagues → My Leagues

Step 4: Opt In to Weekly Play

CourtReserve rotational leagues are flexible:

• You may opt in to play dates up to 7 days in advance
• If plans change, you can opt out up to 2 hours before play

This system lets you stay active without locking you into every week.

Set-partner leagues and MLP-style team leagues are managed through the Swish App instead of CourtReserve.
