Membership FAQs
Do I need a membership to play?
No. Everyone is welcome to play at the Reno Tennis Center. You can drop in as a guest, but we recommend at least creating a Free Guest Membership so you can reserve courts online and register for programs through CourtReserve.
What’s the difference between Guest and Paid Memberships?
Guest Members pay-as-they-go and have more limited reservation privileges. Paid Members get enhanced booking windows and member discounts on certain activities and services.
How far in advance can I reserve courts?
In general, members can reserve courts further in advance than guests. Guest Members can reserve courts up to 2 days in advance online, while membership levels may offer expanded booking windows.
How do membership payments and renewals work?
Membership fees are processed using the payment profile you enter in CourtReserve. Most memberships renew automatically at the end of the term, and you must contact the office if you wish to discontinue. Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be canceled online.
Can I still play if I’m not ready for a full membership?
Absolutely. Start with a Free Guest Membership and pay-as-you-go for court time and events. When you’re playing more regularly and want the extra perks, you can upgrade to an annual membership directly in CourtReserve.
