Purchasing and Paying

Everyone is able to drop-in and play at the Reno Tennis Center. We accept all forms of payments including, but not limited to cash, checks and cards.

How Do Members Pay For Goods and Services?

Members can register for club activities and events, and purchase TNRS items or merchandise in several ways:

Payment Method on File ✱: Charge to your TNRS Court Reserve account (credit card/ACH on file) which is protected/encrypted through SafeSave, our credit card processor.

Credit Card or Check: Provide an alternative credit card or check at the front desk.

Cash: Bring your purchases to the office.

✱ Preferred method of payment. TNRS strives to be a contactless/cashless facility.

How do Guests and Non-Members Pay?

Everyone can play at the Reno Tennis Center. We love guests and suspect that it won’t take long for a guest to become a member as we offer a FREE Guest Membership! Until that time, Guests are welcome to join in all Reno Tennis Center activities. Guests do not have the same court reservation privileges as our members who have created an account online with Court Reserve. For court reservations, guests are welcome to walk-in or call/email the front desk up to 24 hours in advance to see what is available. Note, there are no booking restrictions for our Guests to book Lessons, Classes, Camps, Ball Machines, Leagues and other events. Please call our Front Desk at (775) 689-2975 or simply create an account through Court Reserve to start enrolling in all classes and make reservations today.

Members Can Pay for Guests: Members pay for the fees for Guests they host on a private court rental only at time of reservation. This will direct their Guests’ share of the court rental, as well as, their fees if applicable, to the booking Member. NOTE: For Social Play or other Special Events that a Guest registers for him/herself, members are unable to pay for their Guests’ registration fees– Guests must pay directly.

Guests Can Pay for Themselves: Guests may call/walk-in to the front desk and email up to one day in advance to reserve courts. All Guests will have to check-in at the front desk upon arrival to make payment prior to scheduled event time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your activity. All forms of payment will be accepted.

When Am I Charged?

Initial Membership: New membership fees are processed immediately as PAID (by the member or an TNRS Staff Member) using the payment profile you entered at time of account creation. Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be suspended or put on-hold.

Membership Renewal: All memberships renew automatically at time of expiration. You must TAKE ACTION by calling the Office should you want to discontinue your membership (775) 689-2975. Memberships cannot be canceled online.

Activities and Items: For all activities and events that have been charged to your TNRS Court Reserve account and for any TNRS items or merchandise purchased during the month, members will be charged at time of purchase.
